I bought these towels (specifically the bath sheet - which I no longer see available) from another website which no longer exists :( I am a bigger girl, and the bath sheet goes from under one armpit, all the way around my body, and into the other armpit (most bath towels don't go all the way around - and either leave half a side or the back side hanging open!)

If you can find the bath sheet, BUY IT!!!! And if you can find them, please let me know where to find them, because after 5 years, mine are starting to lose some of their fluff.... I guess they made the towels too good, because if they sold them, then the people wouldn't need more for a LONG time.... :(

I never expect these inexpensive towels to be so soft and absorbent. I was very happy after the first washing of the towels. They really remained soft. This was the first time I ever purchased Cotton Craft; I sure will again.

The towels are a nice size and have held together nicely after many washings, but never softened up. I ended up replacing them with some ultra plush towels from Nordstrom. Worth going to take a look at Nordstrom's collection.

The crib is great. We looked at all the cribs at BRU and other retail stores and decided a multi use type is what we wanted. The price was right, so I ordered from trusty Amazon. Although I was a little nervous about other reviews I read regarding shipping, and damaged parts in the box, we went ahead and ordered knowing that Amazon would make things right if there was a problem. Luckily for me, I was home early the day Fed Ex rolled into the driveway to deliver. When the driver came out from behind the truck with the box on a hand truck, I immediately knew things weren't good. The box had obviously been opened by someone else, and a feeble attempt had been made to tape the thing back up. The box was out of shape, and you could hear all the wooden pieces clinking around in the box. The driver had a sheepish look on his face, and advised me to refuse the package if I wasn't ready to take a chance on the condition. Refuse I did and away it went. Amazon emailed me later that day and I arranged the delivery of a replacement crib. The second one came in a perfect box, and you could tell that everything inside was secure in it's packaging. We opened the box and even though all pieces were wrapped and protected with Styrofoam, a few had been rubbed to where the finish was gone. but nothing a little Old English wouldn't fix. In my opinion, if you are going to take a chance with ordering something like this online, you should expect a little shipping "rash". (the first one was "shipping "EXPLOSION") Amazon took good care of me on this deal and rushed the replacement out right away. My number one piece of advice would be to order early in case you have to send one or two back. Also, if you are looking for a perfect piece of "furniture", don't order it online.

These were our first cribs and they are as described (antiqued/distressed Black). They were very simple to assemble took about an hour for the both of them. Mattress's fit perfect. Shipping from Amazon was as usual...very quick and packaged well. The only reason I would not give it a full 5 stars was purely aesthetics, the holes remain visible where the screws go in. It would have been nice to have some type of cover (something that would not pop out and pose a choking hazard)...even black circle stickers to cover the holes would work. Price from Amazon was by far the best we could find after a lot of research (and I do mean a lot) online and looking in the local stores. I would highly recommend this crib to anyone looking for a crib, very sturdy and should last for a long while. Also the Black was easy to to match other brand dressers or changing tables to.

Prior to purchasing this crib, my wife and I read a lot of reviews about the Davinci Emily. It is extremely popular due to the Consumer Reports rating. We were disappointed initially that we could not find it in stores - it seems to be virtually an online exclusive.

After looking at many different cribs and locating one to see prior to purchasing, we ordered the Davinci Emily. When the crib arrived, it was in a single box in good condition. We did not have any of the damage problems reported by other reviewers. When I unpacked the box, I found it to be securely packed. I inspected all of the pieces prior to assembly and found them to be in good shape. Perhaps there was a minor scratch or rough spot here or there, but nothing of any concern.

It took approximately an hour and fifteen minutes to assemble the crib. The directions are adequate. There are a couple of times it would have been helpful if the directions had referenced stickers on the crib (which side was front, back) and could have saved me some time and annoyance. I'd rate that a small complaint. My wife helped. While I think you could put the crib together by yourself, it certainly helped having an extra pair of hands and an extra pair of eyes. I am a rank novice and very impatient assembler. I did not have trouble putting this together and would rate the ease of assembly very high.

When the crib was together, I found it very sturdy and was quite pleased. I didn't find any additional scratches during the assembly. While the wood is soft, taking into account the price point and the purpose of the crib - some scratching is going to happen.

I would give the crib five stars, but I think the directions could be improved just a bit. The first step, for example, makes it easy to put the legs on backwards. An added line of text explaining what you are looking at in the diagram would be useful.

I read this to my 2 year old when I wanted him to start sleeping in a big boy's bed. I couldn't believe how easily this book helped with the transition. With everthing that elmo did in this book, my son could do/ have too. I showed him elmo's pillow,sheets,and lovey's and then showed my son that he has his pillow, chose his sheets, ect..too and said that "he was just like elmo" what was another great bonus is that in this book, elmo has no binkie in his mouth - so, when it was time for that stage to happen - this book became my greatest reference! Now, I am about to have a new baby and once again this book is coming in handy. One page shows a crib and a big boy bed in the same room so now I can explain that there will be a baby in the crib that is near his bed! I must admit I couldn't have been more pleased!
